Emma Osborne is a queer fiction writer and poet from Melbourne, Australia.

Emma’s writing has appeared in Uncanny Magazine, Nightmare Magazine, PodCastle, Shock Totem, Apex Magazine, Queers Destroy Science Fiction, Pseudopod, the Review of Australian Fiction, the Year’s Best Australian Fantasy and Horror, Kaleidotrope, GlitterShip, HOMETOWN HAUNTS edited by Poppy Nwosu and WASTELANDS 3 edited by John Joseph Adams.

Emma is an Aurealis Award and Australian Shadows finalist.

Emma was once engaged in a bear-hug so epic in nature that both parties fell over.

A proud member of Team Arsenic, Emma is a graduate of the 2016 Clarion West Writers Workshop. Emma is a former first reader at Clarkesworld Magazine.
